Job summary

Edged Data Centers is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the joint venture general ledger and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.

You will manage debt facilities, capital contributions, equity transactions, intercompany financing, and other complex balance sheet activities. Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Experience leading month-end close in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with consolidations and intercompany eliminations.
• Experience supporting external audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee close for operating expenses, debt, equity, intercompany transactions, and other balance sheets.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules prepared by the team.
• Ensure transactions comply with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
• Perform analytical reviews of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Drive improvements in close processes, automation, and internal controls.
• Manage accounting for debt facilities, capital contributions, and equity transactions.
• Prepare debt rollforwards and equity rollforwards.
