Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with progressive accounting responsibility.
• CPA license is a plus and encouraged for leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and bookkeeping best practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing audits.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day accounting operations across jurisdictions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversees complex reconciliations and journal entries and escalates issues.
• Manages month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with coordination across teams.
• Directs data requests from external stakeholders and supports regulatory filings.
• Leads development of complex financial reports for strategic decisions.
• Mentors and develops accounting staff to build high-performing teams.
