Kikoff is seeking a hands-on Senior GL Accountant to manage core general ledger functions, including accrued liabilities, cash, investments, fixed assets, and compensation & benefits. You will drive month-end close, SOX controls, and collaborate with Eng and People Ops to automate processes.

You will own payroll entries, equity accounting under ASC 718, and interlock with Carta for equity activity, while supporting audits and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced or high-growth company.

Responsabilités

• Own month-end close tasks for general ledger areas including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Design, document, and operate internal controls (SOX 404) for key processes.
• Lead or support finance system implementations and enhancements (requirements, configuration, testing, rollout).
• Record payroll, benefits, and stock-based compensation, and ensure data flows to GL.
