Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in US GAAP and SEC standards with GL management and audit work papers.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and experience with Netsuite or similar ERP.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Public accounting experience, CPA and cost accounting/international consolidation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Monthly Close, ensure GAAP-compliant statements and timely delivery.
• Perform quarterly and annual Balance Sheet and P&L analyses to explain variances.
• Daily cash reconciliation and monthly bank reconciliations; conduct cash forecasting.
• Record prepaid expenses, reconcile fixed assets and liabilities; ensure audit-ready work papers.
• Review employee expenses via Concur and manage tax filings including Sales/Use tax.
