Job summary

Analysis Prime LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage the monthly close cycle, payroll processing, and support forecasting and financial reporting to the parent company. The role involves mentoring the Staff Accountant and collaborating with leadership on process improvements and AI initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, payroll expertise, and proficiency with QBO, Zoho, and SAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2+ years owning a full month-end close cycle.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience reviewing and guiding junior accounting staff.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online; Zoho, SAC or similar FP&A tools.
• Experience with multi-entity or parent-company reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly close cycle including AR, AP, payroll entries, banking and other close items.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and AP/AR work prior to close.
• Maintain close checklist and reconcile workpapers (expenses, depreciation, accruals, etc.).
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and line-of-credit accounts monthly.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements.
• Lead payroll processing for US employees and payroll tax filings.
