Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred.
• 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and consolidations.
• Experience working with ERP systems; Global Shop Solutions, Workday Adaptive, SAP.
• Familiarity with SOX/internal controls frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review others’ work effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Technical accounting proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage deadlines in an ambiguous environment.
• High level of accountability and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly close process to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules prepared by accounting staff.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal accounting policies.
• Review trial balances and validate mappings from ERP accounts to parent reporting structure (SAP).
• Perform intercompany accounting, including eliminations and reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit consolidation reporting packages to parent company.
• Maintain and update consolidation workbooks and documentation.
• Collaborate with parent company accounting team to resolve reporting issues.
