Job summary

Team Quality Services seeks a Senior Staff Accountant to support multi-entity and international operations, handling general ledger, consolidations, intercompany activity, and foreign currency accounting with US GAAP discipline.

The role supports monthly and annual close, audits, and continuous process improvements across entities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience working in a multi-entity or international organization preferred.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a passport for international travel.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger Management across multiple entities and currencies.
• Consolidation & Intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting and variance analysis.
• Foreign currency management and tax collaboration.
• Process improvement and internal controls enhancements.
• Audit support and regulatory filings as required.
