Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Accountant to support our financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and proper supporting documentation
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations
  • Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes
  • Maintain and update the general ledger
  • Prepare financial reports, schedules, and analyses as needed
  • Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions as needed
  • Analyze financial data and identify variances or discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow reporting
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and strengthen internal controls
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of accounting experience (public or corporate)
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and month‑end close procedures
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or accounting systems
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities
