10Pearls, LLC is seeking a Senior GitHub Migration Engineer / Fire Chief to lead enterprise repository migrations from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise and modernize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering/DevOps/platform engineering experience.
- Proven experience migrating repositories from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise.
- Expertise with GitHub Enterprise, GEI, and GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on with CI/CD tooling (Azure Pipelines, Jenkins) and modern CI/CD practices.
- Strong Git, branching, PRs, and code review workflows.
- Experience administering GitHub security and governance features.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise using GEI.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and other tools.
- Administer GitHub Enterprise governance, security, and workflow standards.
- Develop reusable GitHub Actions workflows and templates.
- Lead incident response during production incidents and drive RCA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve developer experience.
