Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience building applications with .NET, HTML and web services.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and integration frameworks desired.
• Must gather requirements, analyze systems, develop solutions and document changes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with end-users and vendors to obtain project requirements and updates.
• Lead design, development, testing and deployment of complex applications.
• Write advanced programs and design reports and forms for county departments.
• Update end-user documentation and provide training.
• Collaborate with business units to identify efficiency improvements.
• Provide second-level end-user support.
• Support 24-hour applications with on-call/team coordination.
• Perform statistical reporting on application performance and upgrades.
• Resolve complex data and application problems.
• Other related duties as required.
