Job summary

Idaho Power, based in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a GIS Utility Model Analyst or Senior to join the IT team. The role supports GIS data editing, validation, and model accuracy across generation to customer meters in a hybrid work environment with up to 40% remote.

Required ArcGIS/ArcFM experience, strong communication, and a bachelor’s in GIS or related field. Depending on experience, Master’s in GIS is preferred. Hybrid work arrangement in Boise, ID with potential regional involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in GIS or related field.
• 2+ years GIS experience with ArcGIS software.
• Preferred: utility energy management system experience.

Responsibilities

• Edit and maintain GIS data using ArcGIS and ArcFM platforms.
• Produce maps and technical deliverables for internal stakeholders.
• Support operational and outage management systems with GIS data.
