Job summary

Cloudpoint Geospatial is seeking a Senior GIS Analyst to lead Utility Network data migration projects and serve as in-house expert. You will assess legacy data, configure and load the Utility Network, and develop reusable workflows for the Infrastructure & Utilities team.

The role requires hands-on ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise experience, strong data problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor GIS staff and clients through complex migrations, with several remote/hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years GIS experience, preferably in utility projects.
• Hands-on ArcGIS Utility Network experience in data migration.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead on Utility Network migration projects from assessment to go-live.
• Assess legacy data and identify gaps, errors, and connectivity issues.
• Clean, map, and load data; configure subnetworks and topology; QA/QC migrations.
• Develop reusable workflows and scripts; train team members and clients.
