Job summary

Cloudpoint Geospatial is seeking a Senior GIS Analyst to lead and perform hands‑on data migration for ArcGIS Utility Network projects. You will assess legacy data, configure networks, and resolve complex issues while mentoring other GIS staff.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on Utility Network experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and teammates. Hybrid/work from home options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of professional GIS experience, preferably with utility projects.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with the ArcGIS Utility Network, including at least one migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical work on Utility Network data migration projects from assessment to go‑live.
• Assess and identify gaps, errors, and connectivity issues before migration.
• Load data into the Utility Network and configure asset packages to meet client needs.
• Develop, document, and improve standardized migration workflows and tools.
• Train and mentor GIS staff on Utility Network concepts and workflows.
