Job summary

Mano Lani LLC is seeking a highly skilled SME Computer User Support Specialist to provide advanced GIS and business systems support remotely.

As a senior resource, you will troubleshoot complex user issues, guide project teams, coordinate technical activities, and develop user guides and procedures while collaborating with admins, developers, and clients to ensure successful deployments and ongoing support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, GIS, Information Systems, or related field.
Significant experience providing technical or application support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting GIS or enterprise applications.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to meet applicable client access requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for GIS applications, databases, and related systems.
Troubleshoot software, configuration, access, data, and user issues.
Provide technical guidance to users and project team members.
Coordinate technical activities and help ensure project requirements are completed on schedule.
Assist with software upgrades, system changes, and application implementations.
Develop user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and technical documentation.
Work with system administrators, developers, analysts, and client stakeholders to resolve issues.
Provide guidance and mentoring to other support personnel as needed.
