Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with strong data analytics focus.
• Experience in management analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or process improvement.
• Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and structured business information.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports, procedures, and presentations.
• Ability to meet applicable client access requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements.
• Analyze real property and related business information collected from multiple data sources.
• Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures, process documentation, reports, and user guidance.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities to improve information accuracy and consistency.
• Review data structures and information models to enhance data organization, accessibility, and usability.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, performance metrics, and recommendations based on analytical findings.
• Collaborate with analysts, GIS professionals, technical teams, and client stakeholders to coordinate activities and support project objectives.
