Job summary

Mano Lani LLC seeks an experienced GIS / Real Property Project Manager to lead a U.S. Army program focused on improving installation geospatial and property data quality. The role requires strong Esri ArcGIS knowledge and leadership of cross-disciplinary teams.

You will coordinate tasks, validate data, develop automated workflows, and report progress to senior stakeholders, translating GIS issues into practical solutions. Remote position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong GIS knowledge with Esri ArcGIS software.
• Experience leading GIS/Real Property projects and coordinating teams.
• CAC eligibility or ability to obtain CAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for major GIS and Real Property project activities.
• Coordinate GIS tasks, staffing, and project execution to meet requirements.
• Guide development of GIS data validation tools, workflows, and web maps.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between GIS records and Real Property data.
• Communicate with stakeholders and translate GIS issues for non-technical teams.
