Davis Unlimited Information Technologies, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Senior GIS Programmer with 5+ years of experience to join our IT team supporting Baltimore County.

You will upgrade an Agricultural Preservation Model and migrate an ArcMap AddIn to an ArcGIS Pro AddIn, with a hybrid schedule allowing up to two remote days per week. The role requires strong SQL, .NET, and ESRI ArcGIS expertise, plus collaboration with stakeholders and compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years developing and modifying applications using J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python.
• Minimum of three (3) years with ESRI ArcGIS technologies including ArcGIS Server, APIs, Esri SDKs, and ArcSDE.
• Experience with ArcGIS Model Builder and Python; strong SQL, triggers, and stored procedures.
• Development of reports using SSRS, Power BI; relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
• Excellent communication skills; evidenced collaboration with stakeholders.

Job location is in Baltimore County.

The Senior GIS Programmer will perform application development and support activities supporting the Office of Information Technology’s GIS Program and the Office of Planning for Baltimore County. The programmer will assist in the upgrade and development of an Agricultural Preservation Model, upgrading the current custom ArcMap AddIn (C#/Python ) to an ArcGIS Pro AddIn. This position follows a hybrid work schedule established in coordination with the hiring manager after onboarding, training and issuance of equipment. The consultant may work remotely up to 2 days per week, equivalent to approximately 40% remote and 60% onsite. Fully remote or out-of-state employment is not authorized at this time.
