Job summary

Turning Point Global Solutions LLC is seeking a Sr. Geographic Information System Programmer (GIS) / Systems Analyst in Towson, MD for a 6-month contract.

The role focuses on application development and support for the GIS program, upgrading an ArcMap Add-In to an ArcGIS Pro Add-In, with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in Towson). You will perform GIS development, code reviews, and database design while leveraging J2EE/.NET/JavaScript/Python skills and Esri ArcGIS technologies to deliver

Qualifications

5+ years in developing and modifying J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, and Python.
3+ years with Esri ArcGIS technologies, including ArcGIS Server, APIs, and ArcSDE.
Experience with ArcGIS ModelBuilder and Python.
Strong SQL knowledge; experience with SSRS and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Perform GIS application development within an Enterprise GIS environment.
Conduct code reviews, technical documentation, planning, and software development.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise databases.
