Requisite Talent Partners is seeking a Senior GIS Integrations Technical Consultant to lead complex GIS, ERP, and enterprise system integrations for energy and infrastructure clients. This hands‑on, client‑facing role owns technical solutions from requirements to deployment.

You will gather requirements, design integrations, and guide clients through ETL, testing, and deployment while mentoring teammates and contributing to best practices. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software consulting, integration, or development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and Java.
• Experience with GIS platforms (ArcGIS/Smallworld).
• Experience with Oracle and SQL databases.
• ETL and data transformation experience.
• Utility industry or engineering data model knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead GIS, ERP, EAM, and enterprise system integrations.
• Design, develop, and implement integrations between GIS, engineering design, and enterprise platforms.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate client meetings and solution workshops.
• Support ETL, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Mentor team members and contribute to team best practices.
• Travel approximately 30% as required for client engagements.
