The role focuses on enterprise GIS design, data management, and analytics to support infrastructure planning and operations, with opportunities for growth into leadership and solution architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS or a related field.
• 4+ years of GIS or related technology experience.
• Experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, or comparable enterprise GIS platforms.
• Experience working with relational databases and data management concepts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers, planners, project managers, and clients to translate business challenges into GIS and data workflows.
• Gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and design scalable GIS solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise GIS datasets and applications.
• Support cloud platforms and integrated data systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows using Python, SQL, and ArcGIS tools.
• Contribute to analytics, asset intelligence, and digital delivery initiatives.
