Job summary

Integrity Management Consulting seeks a GIS Analyst to support the SILC Business Information Systems Branch. The role focuses on RBAC implementation for ArcGIS Enterprise, creation of Survey123-based surveys, and integrating GIS data with Power BI dashboards to streamline asset and facilities management.

The contractor will develop and maintain GIS data connections, build open data workflows, and produce standard GIS products while collaborating with the Performance Team and CG stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience with ESRI's ArcGIS platform including Survey123 Connect, Dashboards and ArcGIS for Power BI.
• Associate's degree or higher in GIS or related field with at least five years of related work experience, asset or facilities management.
• Knowledge and experience developing data connections and dashboards using Power BI with ESRI ArcGIS for Power BI and ArcGIS Dashboards.
• Develop and sustain new GIS & Power BI connections and document via process guides.
• Develop and sustain surveys/workflows for post-event damage assessments using ESRI Survey123 Connect and related ESRI applications.
• Provide best practices on enterprise GIS data management and RBAC schema for SILC's ArcGIS Enterprise platform; adhere to governance.
• Produce GIS products and communications using MS Office tools as required.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Develop a new civil engineering project planning GIS data layer and leverage open-source GIS data for site selection.

Responsibilities

• Develop & sustain RBAC schema for SILC's ArcGIS Enterprise platform and document governance.
• Create and sustain new GIS data connections and Power BI dashboards for SILC.
• Develop, document (via job aids) and sustain surveys/workflows for disaster damage assessments.
• Produce GIS products such as maps, charts, and analyses for internal CG and partner agencies.
• Provide training and SME guidance to SILC staff and units; travel for on-site training as needed.

Associate's degree or higher in GIS, Surveying, Engineering, Cartography, Geography, or Information Systems
