Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Gift Planning, the Senior Associate Director will advise donors, prospective donors, and Development staff on charitable gift planning, growing outright gifts, bequests, and other estate gifts. This role offers fully remote work with quarterly campus travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in planned giving, law, development, or financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication; polished presence in front of a room.
• Ability to work independently with strong team collaboration and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a charitable gift planning advisor to donors, prospective donors, and Development staff.
• Grow outright gifts, bequests, life income gifts, and other estate planned gifts.
• Support the capital campaign planning and partner with alumni, trustees, and Dartmouth family.
