The position demands strong technical expertise in reservoir modeling, data analysis and cross-disciplinary coordination, with a focus on safe, efficient field operations and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Master of Science or Engineering in a relevant subject; Doctorate advantageous.
• 2+ years in geothermal, with 2-10 years across exploration, development and operations.
• PM experience preferred; CAPM or PMP qualification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe workplace and strive for zero incidents.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams for work activities and due-diligence.
• Prepare technical insights via reports and presentations with accurate use of company tools.
• Manage data and information according to company systems.
• Design, engineer field supervision, and analysis of well tests with safety as a primary consideration.
• Collaborate with operations personnel, Geologists and Project Managers to justify wellfield recommendations.
