Job summary

UES, Inc. seeks a Senior Geotechnical Project Manager to oversee complex projects, provide technical leadership, and drive client engagement. The role focuses on mentoring teams and ensuring safe, high-quality geotechnical outputs.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams across infrastructure and energy projects, manage budgets, coordinate proposals, and represent the firm at industry events, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Expertise in geotechnical modeling and ground improvement technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert on complex geotechnical projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams for large infrastructure and energy projects.
• Develop innovative, cost-effective geotechnical design solutions.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure quality work.
• Build strategic client relationships and lead proposal efforts.
• Provide senior review of reports, specs, and analyses.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
• Represent the company at industry events and associations.
