Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in work state or eligible
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee geotechnical reports and geostructural designs by junior staff to meet deadlines.
• Manage geotechnical projects: boring layouts, utility clearances, drill supervision, soil testing, and reports.
• Oversee geostructural design: MSE walls, soil nails, piles, excavation support, dewatering.
• Prepare and review proposals with junior staff.
• Lead project meetings with clients and provide technical solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; ensure staffing and training.
• Monitor billability, contracts, and invoicing; ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure safety practices and site safety planning.
