ECS Limited, part of the ECS Group of Companies, seeks a Geotechnical Senior Project Manager in our Buffalo office to lead geotechnical and CMT projects from proposal through delivery. You will drive technical quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance while mentoring staff and contributing to business development.

You will supervise field investigations, review reports, and present findings to clients. A PE/PG license and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of related experience required.
• Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar.
• PE or PG license required in each work state or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 3 months.

Aufgaben

• Lead geotechnical and CMT projects from proposal to completion.
• Oversee geotechnical reports and analyses.
• Manage budgets, change orders, invoicing and collections.
• Provide client liaison and project meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and support staffing decisions.
