Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or geotechnical discipline.
• P.E. license required.
• 8–10 years geotechnical consulting experience.
• Strong client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage geotechnical projects under Principal supervision.
• Review lab/field data and prepare reports.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and correspondences.
• Represent the firm in client meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
• Ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.
