Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction, or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of engineering experience with increasing responsibility.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
• Demonstrated expertise in engineering design, project management, and client interaction.
• Proficiency in technical software and tools used in the engineering discipline
• Excellent leadership, communication, and business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex geotechnical and construction materials testing projects from proposal through completion.
• Review field and laboratory test results for soils, concrete, asphalt, masonry, and other materials.
• Provide engineering evaluations and recommendations for foundations, pavements, and site development.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, architects, and project managers to resolve issues.
• Ensure projects comply with ASTM, AASHTO, ACI, FDOT and local standards.
