GeologicAI is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead the geotechnical workstream and driving the roadmap for automated imaging and rock-mass analytics. You will translate R&D into commercial products, set priorities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client needs.

This remote US role emphasizes leadership, technical depth, and strategic thinking, with responsibilities spanning strategy, validation, and market opportunities to strengthen our competitive position.

Qualifications

• Degree in geological or geotechnical engineering or similar field.
• Experience translating research and development to commercial geotechnical products.
• Proven track record leading technical teams through complex R&D-to-product work.
• Strong project management with KPI-driven leadership.
• Knowledge of geotechnical core logging and rock mass metrics (RMR, Q, GSI).

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical workstream and define product requirements and roadmap.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on delivery timelines.
• Prototype geotechnical algorithms for fracture and strength analyses.
• Engage with clients and academia to advance automated characterization.
• Oversee validation studies from lab scales to field deployments.
