Qualifications

• 15+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in ground improvement and foundation systems.
• Master’s degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong risk assessment and decision-making abilities.
• Mentoring and communication skills to influence senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor global engineering teams on ground-improvement projects.
• Define engineering standards, technical strategy, and best practices.
• Consult with sales, operations, and clients on technical and project delivery.
