Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Geotechnical Construction Senior Project Manager in Springhill, FL to oversee small to large geotechnical projects across Central Florida. The role emphasizes honesty, compassion and teamwork, and supports a fast-growing company expanding its footprint.

The Senior PM will manage all project phases, coordinate with FDOT projects and public agencies, mentor junior staff, ensure safety, budget and schedule adherence, and deliver high-quality geotechnical outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a titled Project Manager in geotechnical construction
• Heavy civil experience with FDOT project delivery and public agency contracting
• Experience managing direct reports of PMs and PCs
• Experience managing all phases of construction projects
• Proficiency with project planning, coordination and cost estimating
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam Revu, and Adobe Acrobat
• Proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platform
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, geotechnical reports, specs and contracts
• Working knowledge of construction cost estimating, CPM scheduling and budget management
