Job summary

RADISE International, LC seeks a geotechnical engineer with 10+ years of experience to provide strong technical and project management support to our geotechnical department in Florida.

In this role you will lead multiple geotechnical projects, coordinate with clients, contractors, field staff, labs, and other engineering disciplines, and mentor junior staff while upholding QA/QC standards. Strong communication and technical writing are essential for success in our collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• Florida PE license required.
• Strong project management and client coordination.
• Experience with geotechnical investigations and report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple geotechnical projects with scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, field staff, and other disciplines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Prepare and review geotechnical reports with QA/QC.
