The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in geotechnical engineering and an active P.E. license, with a willingness to relocate to Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Active P.E. license (any U.S. state).
• 5–10+ years of geotechnical engineering & construction-materials testing experience.
• Proven ability to lead a technical team (engineers, geologists, technicians).
• Willingness to relocate to Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of geotechnical engineers, geologists, and materials-testing professionals
• Oversee proposal writing, client communication, and overall project delivery
• Review lab and field data; prepare and approve technical reports
• Mentor junior engineers and drive professional development within the team
• Perform occasional field visits to evaluate job sites
• Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and client satisfaction
• Oversee daily logs, field activity reports, and quality‑control procedures
