Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering required
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure preferred
• Experience leading geotechnical projects from investigation through design and construction support
• Experience preparing geotechnical reports and recommendations for foundations and site development
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-relations skills

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical engineering projects across the Mid-Atlantic region
• Mentor junior engineers and grow the geotechnical team
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on transportation, infrastructure, and federal projects
• Manage investigations, data interpretation, and reporting for complex sites
