Job summary

Subsurface Construction Company is seeking an Experienced Superintendent to lead day-to-day field execution on geotechnical projects in the Southeast. You will coordinate with the Project Manager and General Superintendent to ensure safety, quality, and production while directing crews and subcontractors to deliver work per design.

The role requires a senior field leader with the ability to manage risk, enforce standards, and drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day field execution in coordination with PM and General Superintendent.
• Lead crews and subcontractors to deliver work per plans and SCC procedures.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and production on the jobsite.
