Zusammenfassung

Subsurface Construction Company is hiring an Experienced Superintendent to lead day-to-day geotechnical field operations. You will oversee crews and subcontractors, enforce safety, quality, and production standards, and work with the Project Manager and General Superintendent to deliver projects on time.

The role demands strong decision‑making, ownership of outcomes, and proven leadership in a high‑risk field. Travel and long hours may be required to meet project milestones.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED with 10 years field management or a 4-year degree with 5 years experience.
• Must have forklift certification and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Direct day-to-day jobsite execution with safety, quality, schedule and production accountability.
• Lead crews and subcontractors to deliver work as designed and in line with plans.
• Maintain safety plans, submit daily field reports, and coordinate with PM and GC.
• Ensure work meets SCC standard procedures and client specifications.
• Identify and resolve issues to prevent work stoppage and maintain weekly production goals.
• Communicate with clients, project teams, and vendors; manage punch lists and change orders.
• Manage performance of direct reports and ensure timely material deliveries.
• Oversee tools, equipment needs, and site organization for productivity.
