Arcadis is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our National Water Management Team and Water South team. You will lead geotechnical analyses for hydraulic structures, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on projects from concept through construction.

Based in the United States, this role offers exposure to dams, levees, and flood control projects, with travel to site visits and client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years geotechnical experience.
• EIT or PE certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform geotechnical analyses for dams, levees, cofferdams, and foundations.
• Prepare geotechnical recommendations, drawings, specs, and reports.
• Collaborate with Water Management team including civil, structural, and geotechnical engineers.
• Mentor entry-level engineers and support project leadership.
• Plan field investigations and laboratory testing programs.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
