Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 5–10 years of geotechnical design experience.
• Professional Engineer Certification required.
• Design Build experience preferred.
• Field experience in grading, slope stabilization, and foundations.

Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical services on-time and within budget.
• Prepare reports, specifications, plan details, and designs.
• Serve as a technical resource on a multi-discipline team.
• Manage subsurface exploration programs.
• Prepare cost estimates, scope of work, and proposals.
• Coordinate and ensure design accuracy and completeness.
• Use design software for engineering recommendations.
• Participate in Design/Build with constructability input.
• Work on-site for clients or in project offices as needed.
• Contribute to scoping, fee estimating, and interviews.
• Perform design calculations and investigations for contract docs.
