Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering; M.S. preferred.
• 10–20 years geotechnical experience with project management and budgeting.
• Strong fundamentals in civil/geotechnical engineering.
• Professional Engineering license required.
• Willingness to travel for short-term assignments.
• Leadership and mentorship of staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high visibility in the marketplace through client contact and industry events.
• Manage projects, the office, and staff with technical leadership and oversight.
• Prepare proposals, technical reports, and project budgets.
• Assist in recruiting and training staff.
