The role involves leading geotechnical design, due diligence, investigations, remediation and permitting across infrastructure, mining, and environmental projects, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and client service. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver reliable, future-ready geotechnical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geotechnical/geological engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of post-education geotechnical design experience.
• Professional Engineer license.
• Proficiency in geotechnical design, permitting, and project work.
• Strong analytical, communication, and QA/QC skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide data collection, analysis, and leadership for multi-site projects.
• Lead geotechnical investigations, design, approvals, and construction support.
• Develop plans, specs, and cost estimates with cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Mentor staff and manage budgets, hours, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
