Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• California PE registration required; CA GE registration preferred.
• 8–11 years of experience in dam/levee/water resources projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety efforts for project teams and ensure compliance.
• Serve as senior technical lead or project manager for geotechnical investigations.
• Develop subsurface exploration programs and construction-phase observation.
• Prepare and review geotechnical reports and calculations.
• Support business development and client relations.
