Job summary

H&H is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, or Orlando offices in Florida. You will provide geotechnical design and construction-related services for bridge and highway projects, helping move communities forward with innovative solutions.

The role requires a Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering, 5+ years of geotechnical experience, and a PE license, with hands-on work in deep foundations, finite element analysis, and coordination with multidisciplinary

Qualifications

Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering is required.
PE license is required.
5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
Experience with deep foundation design (piles, drilled shafts).

Responsibilities

Provide geotechnical design and construction-related services for bridge, highway, and transportation projects.
Perform and oversee analyses and design for deep foundations including piles and drilled shafts.
Develop and review geotechnical reports, calculations, plans and specifications.
Evaluate subsurface conditions to develop design and construction approaches.
Coordinate geotechnical design with structural, roadway, and drainage teams.
Mentor junior engineers and review team work for accuracy and compliance.
