Senior Geotechnical Engineer required for a leading provider of high-quality geotechnical and geo-environmental services. • Lead complex geotechnical and geo-environmental projects from start to finish

• Mentor and support the professional growth of junior engineers

• Contribute to the strategic direction of the business through innovation and quality delivery

Preferred Requirements:

• Lead geotechnical and geo-environmental site investigations, from initial scope through to reporting and completion
• Manage the design and delivery of site-based testing programmes, ensuring efficient and compliant execution
• Produce, review and approve technical reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with industry and regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and reliable delivery
• Mentor and support the development of junior engineers, technicians and drillers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Earth Sciences or related discipline
• Proven experience managing geotechnical and geo-environmental projects across a range of sectors
• Strong technical reporting skills and experience with UK regulatory frameworks and site investigation standards
