LeoForce is seeking a Permanent Project Manager in Geotechnical Construction to lead geotechnical projects from conception to completion in a hands-on role. You will manage drilling operations, ensure safety, and drive schedules for on-site teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in geotechnical construction, strong leadership, and a proven track record in project delivery, with knowledge of the prefab metal building sector and tight coordination with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction with geotechnical focus.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience operating drilling rigs.
• Familiarity with casing, down hole hammer, hollow bar.
• Experience in site management and subcontractor management.
• Knowledge of prefabricated metal building industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee geotechnical construction projects from planning to completion.
• Operate drilling rigs and set up drills safely.
• Prepare schematics and project schedules; inform stakeholders.
