Job summary

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly is required.
• Proficient with Agile Methodologies and SAFe.
• 12+ years of Systems Engineering experience.
• Experience in DoD/IC Acquisition Process, SAFe Agile acquisition product ownership, merging disparate architectures and CONOPS development.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
• Senior-level experience in DoD/IC acquisition, PPBES or large System of Systems engineering.
• Experience with the systems engineering lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Preferred: Master's in Systems Engineering; MBSE knowledge; INCOSE CSEP; geospatial intelligence familiarity; professional licensure; professional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Guides mid-level and junior system engineers on requirements engineering and solutions design.
• Performs requirements traceability and oversees architecture reviews and cloud/service considerations.
• Interacts with government to translate mission requirements into system capabilities.
• Supports analysis, risk management, and interface design.
• Conducts analyses like AoAs, CoAs, and trade studies.
• Prepares weekly status reports for government stakeholders.
• Develops and presents technical briefings for management and technical audiences.
