Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly required.
• 12 years SE experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience with DoD/IC Acquisition Process and SAFe Agile acquisition product ownership.
• Senior-level experience in DoD/IC Acquisition Process or large System of Systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle.
• Experience communicating with senior executives and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Guide mid-level and junior system engineers in requirements and solutions engineering.
• Perform analyses, AoAs, CoAs, and trade studies.
• Support strategic technical planning, project management, and risk management.
• Coordinate with government customers and programs; produce weekly reports.
• Develop and present technical presentations to audiences, both technical and non‑technical.
• Explain technical issues clearly to stakeholders and assist with issue coordination.
• Manage requirements and system design specifications across programs.
