Job summary

B&A is seeking a Senior Geospatial Information Scientist and Technologies (GIS/Tools Administrator) to support the U.S. Army INSCOM Scalable GEOINT Architecture CME IT Support Services contract. Primary duty location: Fort Gordon, GA.

The role emphasizes GIS administration, geospatial data processing, and integration of ArcGIS platforms with PostgreSQL, while leveraging Python scripting for automation. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years working with GIS technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field or relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of GEOINT software (e.g., ArcGIS, SOCET GXP) and experience administering deployment tools (MECM).

Responsibilities

• Research and develop geospatial technologies, GIS applications, maps, reports, and geospatial databases.
• Design, maintain, and modify GIS databases and graphic representations using GIS software.
• Install, secure, configure, integrate, document, operate, and manage ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, PostgreSQL, and other GIS solutions.
• Administer Esri ArcGIS platforms and automate GIS administrative actions using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or comparable scripting.
• Provide technical expertise to users and support GIS application development, data analysis, and software maintenance.
