Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Geospatial Information Scientist and Technologies (GIS/Tools Administrator) to support Army GEOINT IT systems. Primary duty location: Fort Gordon, GA.

Responsibilities include developing geospatial tech, maintaining GIS databases, and administering ArcGIS platforms. TS/SCI clearance required. Candidates should have 7–10+ years in GIS, advanced GEOINT software knowledge (ArcGIS, SOCET GXP), and deployment tool experience (MECM).

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years working with GIS technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field or relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance, adjudicated within the last five (5) years.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop geospatial technologies, GIS applications, maps, reports, and geospatial databases.
• Design, maintain, and modify GIS databases and graphic representations using GIS software and hardware.
• Install, secure, configure, integrate, document, operate, and manage ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, PostgreSQL, and other GIS solutions.
• Administer Esri ArcGIS platforms and automate GIS administrative actions using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or comparable scripting.
• Provide technical expertise to users and support GIS application development, data analysis, and software maintenance.
