Job summary

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) seeks an experienced Senior Geospatial Information Scientist and Technologist to support the U.S. Army's Scalable GEOINT mission at Fort Gordon, GA.

You will administer, maintain, and enhance enterprise GIS systems, enabling analysts to access tools and geospatial data for mission planning and decision-making. The role requires extensive GEOINT software experience (ArcGIS Enterprise, SOCET GXP), MECM/SCCM deployment, and DoD cybersecurity readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in GIS or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of professional GIS experience.
• Advanced knowledge of ArcGIS and SOCET GXP.
• Experience administering enterprise GIS applications and systems.
• Hands-on MECM/SCCM for software deployment and management.
• Experience maintaining GIS databases and data products.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Must meet DoD 8140.03 baseline cybersecurity requirements at start.
• Ability to obtain required computing environment certification for privileged access.
• Experience implementing ArcGIS Enterprise in multi-site environments.
• Experience with SAML and PKI-based authentication.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise GIS/GEOINT platforms (ArcGIS Enterprise, SOCET GXP).
• Support multiple ArcGIS Enterprise environments for availability, performance, and reliability.
• Manage MECM/SCCM-based software deployments, updates, and configurations.
• Install, configure, and optimize GeoServer and PostgreSQL/PostGIS environments.
• Maintain geospatial databases, datasets, map layers, and GIS products.
• Develop GIS scripts and automated workflows to improve efficiency.
• Perform GIS programming to enhance enterprise geospatial capabilities.
• Troubleshoot performance, integration, and configuration issues across GEOINT systems.
• Support secure authentication (SAML, PKI) and access management.
• Coordinate with AGO, help desk, FSRs, and partners to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and operating procedures.
• Support modernization, security, reliability, and readiness of GEOINT infrastructure.
