Job summary

INCATech is seeking a Senior Geospatial Intelligence Analyst to support DoD/IC environments with active Top-Secret clearance and CI poly readiness. Work locations include Joint Base Anacostia-Bowling, Reston, VA or Charlottesville, VA.

The role requires expert use of ArcGIS Pro and QGIS, Python ArcPy for automating workflows, and experience integrating Multi-INT data to produce geospatial analyses and briefing-ready products for senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, writing, and briefing skills.
• Experience with ArcGIS Pro and QGIS for mapping and data management.
• Experience creating cartographic products with Multi-INT data.
• Knowledge of interacting with government customers and military personnel.
• Understanding DoD/IC/Combatant Command environments.
• Proficiency in Python (ArcPy) for geospatial automation.
• Understanding of military geography and terrain effects on planning.
• Experience supporting strategic IC/Combatant Command decisions.
• Ability to identify information gaps and develop requirements.
• Experience synthesizing Multi-INT data into GEOINT/HUMINT/OSINT products.
• Experience with Analyst Notebook for link analysis.

Job description

Senior Geospatial Intelligence Analyst

Work Location

Either Joint Base Anacostia-Bowling, Reston, VA or Charlottesville, VA

Clearance Requirement

Active Top-Secret clearance with intent to receive SCI and willingness to take CI Poly

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills, writing, and briefing
• Experience using industry-standard platforms (e.g., ArcGIS Pro, QGIS) for map creation, editing, and data management
• Experience creating cartographic products with multi-INT data
• Knowledge interacting with government customers and military personnel
• Knowledge of the DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environments
• Proficiency in Python (ArcPy) for automating geospatial workflows
• Understanding of military geography and how terrain impacts operational planning and movement
• Experience supporting strategic decision-making within the IC or in Combatant Command environments
• Ability to identify information gaps and develop requirements to answer priority intelligence requirements
• Experience synthesizing Multi-INT data into products, including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINT
• Experience with link analysis tools like Analyst Notebook

Related Experience

• At least 10 years of experience analyzing geospatial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• At least 10 years of experience with imagery exploitation and interpreting satellite imagery to support intelligence requirements
• At least 10 years of experience applying ICD-203 and 206 tradecraft standards to geospatial products
• Demonstrated experience conducting spatial pattern analysis and generating high-quality geospatial visualizations for senior decision-makers
• Proven track record of collaborating with multi-disciplinary intelligence teams to integrate GEOINT into broader analytical assessments
• Experience with DoD/IC remote sensing tools and techniques to extract intelligence
• Bachelor's degree in: Geographic Information Systems, Geography or Geospatial System OR 6 years of military experience in a related field
